  • The perfect journey for discovering the Baltic states
  • All Baltic capitals and the Curonian Spit

You have never been to the Baltic states before? Now it is your chance!
Go on a stroll through the Baltics with your travel group and experience the variety of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. From the south to the north, the Baltic region is offering a variety of different glimpses. Untouched nature, modern cities and a lot of historic buildings are going to fascinate you!

1. Tag: Arrival Poznan
Along a route of your choice you are traveling to the first stop, Poznan. On the route you will be able to see the biggest Jesus-statue in the Polish city Swiebodzin. The 33 meters statue of the son of god is 3 meters taller than the famous figure in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. Only the crown is 2m tall. Planned and enforced was the construction by the pastor Zawadzki, who made Swiebodzin to a place of pilgrimage.
The city of Poznan offers many buried treasures. Its tradition as a culture centre with an excellent theatre, old and new music and art from many eras is what makes the city so charming. The medieval market gets an unique flair in the evenings.

2. Tag: Poznan – Torun – Masuria
Your target today is Masuria. It is possible to do a stop with a guided city tour through Torun (additional charge) on your route.
Torun, founded in the 13. century, flourished as a hanseatic town for years and built a lot of fascinating buildings and art monuments. These attract visitors from all around the world.
Discover the toilet-tower, the town hall of the old town and the Nicolaus Copernicus Monument. The delightful nature in Masuria is expecting you afterwards.

3. Tag: Masuria – Vilnius
Welcome to Lithuania. During the city tour, Vilnius surprises you with a variety of magnificent baroque churches and buildings.
Monasteries and churches define the cityscape – today they are also restored partially.
The university district has a lot of italian inspired patios, the St. John's church and the library.

4. Tag: Vilnius – Klaipeda
Today, you are driving to Kaunas and from there to Klaipeda, which is located at the northern end of the Curonian Lagoon.
Klaipeda has a lot of considerable sights: the ark, which is the biggest memorial out of granite in Lithuania, the dolphinarium, the maritime museum and the Simon-Dach-Fountain in the heart of the old town.

5. Tag: Klaipeda – Curonian Spit – Hill of the Crosses – Riga
After breakfast, the Curonian Spit is your next destination. Here you can find an harmonic interplay of the landscapes: Sandy areas that remind you of the Sahara, the highest dunes in Europe, never ending beaches, wide bays with clear water and forests, where you can see moose every now and then.
At noon, you are proceeding with your journey to Riga. On the journey, you visit the Hill of Crosses close to Siauliai. Around a statue of the Mother of God, there are thousands of crosses – little ones, big ones, simple and richly ornamented ones and ones out of wood or metal.

6. Tag: Riga – Pärnu – Tallinn
Riga was found 1201 by bishop Albert and is the biggest city out of the three Baltic capitals. The metropolis of art noveau has a variety of architectural styles. During the city tour through the old town, you are going to see the castle of Riga, the cathedral, the three brothers, the big and the little guild and the monument of freedom. Via Pärnu, you reach the Estonian capital Tallinn.

7. Tag: Tallinn – Ferry
Tallinn has a beautiful mixture of peace of the mid-ages and modern urban life. In summer, the old town is very enlivened with its many shops, galleries, souvenir shops, street cafés and restaurants. The guided city tour is leading you along the old city ring to the old town, where you are going to see the castle, the cathedral, the Alexander-Newsky-cathedral and the city hall. In the evening you take the ferry from Tallinn to Stockholm.

8. Tag: Ferry – Stockholm – Malmö – Ferry
In the morning you are going to reach Stockholm, which is also called "Beauty on water". You are traveling on to Norrköping, Linköping and along the Vättern lake, passing Gränna, Jönköping and Helsingborg. You reach Malmö and take the ferry to Travemünde in the late evening.
