Cologne offers you an old town with lots of flair and charm. The heart of the old town, Cologne Cathedral, not only delights tourists, but also long-time residents time and time again. Stroll along the old town or the banks of the Rhine.

Day 1: Journey to the cathedral city
Today you travel to the cathedral city of Cologne. The metropolis and cultural city on the Rhine welcomes you. What is it that makes these people on the Rhine so special? Cologne is addictive. Once you've lived in the cathedral city, you never want to leave. It is this unique feeling of a cheerful way of life, atmospheric city experience and southern flair that never lets go. And immediately makes you homesick when you can't be there. If time permits, we recommend a visit to TimeRide Cologne (optional), where you can immerse yourself in the city's past using VR glasses. You will be amazed when you are transported back to the Roaring Twenties from one second to the next! Afterwards, we recommend a panoramic boat trip on the Rhine to get a first impression of the city from the water (optional). The one-hour trip takes you from the old town, past the Chocolate Museum, the Sports and Olympic Museum, the crane houses of the Rheinauhafen and the Poller Wiesen towards the south of Cologne. The turning point is at Rodenkirchen, then it goes back along the city panorama to around Mülheim/Zoo and then back to the Rheingarten. Day 2: Panoramic tour high above the rooftops of Cologne - F
Today you'll go up high and get to know Cologne from a different perspective. The tour with your guide begins with a short walk across the Hohenzollern Bridge. From here you can look forward to a wonderful panorama of the Old Town. The tour continues to the KölnTriangle. After taking the elevator up to a height of approx. 100 m, a breathtaking 360° panoramic view awaits you and you will learn interesting facts about the city's most famous sights from a bird's eye view.
Afterwards, we recommend a visit to the Chocolate Museum (optional). Let yourself be tempted! A variety of chocolate molds await you and the highlight is the unique chocolate fountain. Enjoy a journey through 3,000 years of chocolate history. Day 3: Journey home - F
