General terms and conditions of reservation

Participant List

You receive the list of participants approximately 14 days before the arrival date.

Supplementary documents

Depending on your personal preference, SERVICE-REISEN will send you either a fax or an email with a copy of the vouchers. Our customer will hand you the original voucher on the date of arrival. SERVICE-REISEN pays for the listed services. The voucher must be checked for correctness and signed by SERVICE-REISEN, our customer and you. Changes at short notice must be noted immediatley.

Payment

You automatically receive 60-70 percent of the total amount 10-16 days before the arrival date. SERVICE-REISEN pays the outstanding balance approximately 4 weeks after the group departs, following receipt of your final invoice. This ensures that all changes in the number of persons and any complaints can be taken into consideration.

Complaints

In case of a complaint, both parties must attempt to find a goodwill solution for the customer. The service provider obligates himself to remedy complaints on location. If this is not possible, an equivalent alternative is provided.

Group size/free place of regulation

A group consists of 15 or more persons. The service provider grants the free places in single rooms per each 16 paying persons or according to the individual contract.

Catering

The prices for half-board usually include a 3-course meal or buffet. The meals should be taken in the hotel restaurant. SRG must be informed if this is not possible.

Driver and Guide

Driver and Guide are served a non-alcoholic drink with the meals.

Child reduction/check -in and check-out times/luggage handling

The conditions for child reductions, check-in and check-out times, luggage handling and any possible further extras must be stated on request.

Extras

If the customer makes use of any extras on location not included in the SERVICE-REISEN vouchers, the customer pays for these directly on location. Recourse cannot be made to SERVICE-REISEN for such services. This also expressly applies to any local taxes, etc.

Safety/Ceanless

The service provider obligates himself to keep the contract object in an unobjectionable, clean condition and to perform the agreed services completely and free of deficiency. The service provider assures that for the safety of the travel participants all hotel facilities (e.g. general building quality, elevators, balconies, balcony parapets, stairs, etc.) and the ancillary amenities (e.g. swimming pools, tennis courts, etc.) fully conform with the general public safety duty and at least fully conform with all official requirements and are kept permanently in a condition stipulated by law.? This applies especially, but not exclusively, to fire safety, accident prevention measures, duly proper condition of all installations (e.g. electricity, gas, water). On demand, the hotelier or his representative must submit to SRG evidence of acceptance by the public authorities. Complaints by the authorities responsible for supervision and safety deficiencies reported to SERVICE-REISEN must be remedied immediately. SERVICE-REISEN must be immediately informed of such occurrences.

Annulment of the travel for exceptional circumstances

If the travel is rendered difficult, endangered or impaired by exceptional circumstances (e.g. war, strikes or events with similar effects as these examples, civil disorder, epidemics, changes of sovereignty, confiscation of accommodation, natural catastrophes, breakdowns, destruction of accommodation), SERVICE-REISEN can withdraw from the contract at any time before department without this constituting grounds for the assertion of claims.

Forwarding information

All conditions and agreements may not be passed on to third parties or to the arriving group. This applies equally to forwarding customer data of travel participants to third parties.
