Terms of Use for the Download of Text and Image Material

1. As a general principle, we, SERVICE REISEN Heyne GmbH & Co. KG (“SRG”), do not permit any reproduction of the text and image material published on our website that goes beyond merely displaying this material. 

2. We permit our commercial customers only to use pictures that have been expressly approved for this purpose and that can be downloaded from the Download Center. Such use is only permissible within the scope of the following provisions, unless otherwise agreed in individual cases. SRG's non-commercial customers are permitted to use text and image material only in accordance with applicable statutory provisions (e.g. for private use). 

3. Unless otherwise agreed, commercial customers shall receive a simple, revocable right of use to image material made available in the Download Center on the basis of separate approval. They shall also receive a right to use this material in free touristic publications for end customers; this right is limited to use in connection with the respective travel booked with SRG. It includes the right to reproduce and distribute in print media, but not to make it publicly accessible. 

The customer also receives the right to reformat the image material, insofar as this is required for use in print media. 

Any transfer of rights of use to third parties is not permitted. In particular, the transfer of the image material to commercial third parties is not permitted, unless this is necessary for printing reasons. 

Immediately upon completion of a touristic publication, the customer undertakes to send us two copies at their own expense. In all other aspects, the transfer of the rights of use is free of charge.
