When I log in, I get the message “Message too long for RSA”. What should I do?

Before your password is transmitted at login, it is first encrypted for security purposes. If you save your access data in the browser, it may be that your browser does not save the original password, but rather the encrypted one. If your browser then automatically fills in the fields with your access data, it will enter the encrypted password. Since this is not the original password, the error message appears. To fix this, you need to turn off the auto-complete feature of your browser. This is done differently depending on the browser.
